Once your documents are in order and your ZIMRA portal account is active, onboarding to FDMS is typically completed within a few working days.

Can I use Tengai POS before I am fiscalised?

Yes. You can run your business on Tengai POS immediately and switch on fiscalisation when your ZIMRA registration is ready. Your products, stock and sales history carry over.

Does Tengai POS work offline?

Yes. Sales continue during internet outages and are synchronised when connectivity returns, in line with FDMS offline provisions.
